Never answer the phone
The most unprofessional staff in existence! They don’t answer the phone. They are not open during their listed operating hours. They do not respond to emails or follow up with clients. You are better off living somewhere where they value client/potential resident relationships. I wish I could them no stars!!!!
I started off as a young freshman at school 4 years ago scared after my parents left me on my own for the first time, but Ms Tisha (manager)assured my parents she’ll take good care of me and she did just that. Compass Pointe is a wonderful place to reside at for school or just raising your family. Compass Pointe is gated for safety all appliances security, cameras, pool area and the apartments are beautiful on the inside and out. I lived here for over 2 years and I loved it. It was very nice and quiet. The manager was very sweet and professional. Anything you needed she made sure to get it done in a timely manner. You pay rent and lights…everything else is included in your rent (cable and garbage). It’s very nice and there’s a fence for security where guest must be checked in for safety reasons.
Compass Pointe is a wonderful place with a friendly staff with good rates. It has DirecTV provided to everyone which is awesome. The pool and fitness room are also very great. The peaceful environment makes a nice, comforting place to live. It has a true Mississippi Delta community feel to it.
