06/19/2026 - Ms. Dinni was my telehealth therapist for several months before she let me know in July 2025 that she was leaving the company. She asked if I wanted to be matched with another telehealth therapist, & I told her I did. Almost a year later & still no call back. Regarding Ms. Dinni, she was absolutely wonderful. Extremely frustrating billing department that keeps trying to bill me for payments that I have already made. They refuse to work with me to make things right.
My thoughts and concerns were addressed thoughtfully and professionally, and I had a pleasant experience.
Been through four other therapist and honestly didn’t feel like I got much out of them. Charles Robert is my therapist and i have genuinely made huge strides in my life. Growth that’s only moved forward. It’s not the same stuff, working on skills that help in the situation and road i’m on at the time. Could not recommend more.
