In my opinion , I cannot recommend. Called for a small leak under the kitchen sink. Sent a guy who might not have even been a plumber. Installed a pvc pipe that covered the dishwasher outflow. Needless to say this caused another problem! Duh! When they came to fix his workers told me this and apologized. The owner or manager was a jerk to me and did not call me back as promised. Yeah, steer clear in my opinion.

Called Compass plumbing today and can’t say enough about their service, from the girl in the office who was pleasant, helpful and efficient to Mark ( owner ? ) who called back right away and came out and did a great job replacing my toilet took the old one cleaned up after and was very reasonable . I wish all the company’s I did business with were half as good. Thank you Compass for a Great job

I have worked with 4 great people from this company! Marc, the owner, is an awesome resource and has a wealth of knowledge. He is also one of the assistant plumbing inspectors for the town which means you know it will be done right from the beginning. Kate the office manager is super quick to respond to emails! I have also worked with Alex and Dean, both of which were highly professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.
