Nurse Angel is amazing. She was very patient and very kind with my child.
Great doctors. Especially Dr.Rhodes that has seen my autistic son his whole life. Laura is very rude and not professional. Definitely not welcoming for a office like this. I took my son up there yesterday at the appointment time and they turned us away because they never sent us a text to confirm. The app is a joke because you fill out 5 pages for it to not let the office know your there. We came back today and she wanted to fight us over a doctor excuse. There has been a big change in the way thr office staff has handled everything and I am very pleased with performance and professionalism. We love the girls dr but the office staff is poorly managed. They lost our paper work that we brought back. Then we came for a sick visit. Was told to be there at 9 15 then told they tell us a different time than thr actual apt so others are not late.
