Had 4 appointment here. After each appointment, the professional I met with moved on. As i still wanted to see someone, I made appointment once again, this time the therapist needing to postpone the appointment. The following week, I was late to the appointment as I was moving a spaced the new time of the appointment. They billed me $130, refused to hear me out and take any accountability considering how much I've been willing to work around whatever they've thrown at me!! Disgusting money grab!

I had a provider I absolutely loved. He booked me out for a month. I needed a prescription that he had yet to need to prescribe me, from my PCP previously prescribing it. I'm disabled I don't work so I don't check my emails every day. The first person who answered told me that she was sure that because I have a appointment scheduled for 2 weeks and I had just had one then the OnStaff doctor would surely do this. I purchased tickets not realizing the time difference-contacted the organization more than 5x with no acknowledgement or response from them. Finally, a day before training they refused me any refund and no regard for the 12hr difference (I had been trying since Dec to rectify the purchase with them).
