My experience with this office was a disgrace. I was postpartum and my father passed away and they made my mental health go so much lower than I was already trying to manage. I once called the office for 6 days - literally 6 days, with a toddler, out of my medication, and then had to drive tot he office to ask what was going on. They cycled through FOUR physicians in the one year I was under their care - each physician just “resigned with no notice”… this happened four times in one year. My therapist, Arianna has completely changed my life. Without her and Compass of Hope, I would not be in the confident spot in my life that I am today.
I attended therapy at Compass of Hope for about six months. If I had written this review a month ago, it would have been 5 stars. I made really great progress with a therapist that I really trusted. Then my case was so badly mishandled that all my progress evaporated in a matter of weeks. My mental health situation is currently the worst it's been in nearly ten years, and the way I was treated by Compass of Hope was the tipping point.
