Completely Changed Terms After We Started I'm writing this to warn other parents because what happened to us was really frustrating and felt wrong. We chose Compass of Hope for our daughter's neuropsychological testing specifically because they took our insurance. I checked their website, called and confirmed with staff, and then we signed the contract. They told us what our copay would be after insurance - a specific dollar amount we agreed to.
