I came back to see if the reviews have changed and noticed that my previous review was removed 🤣 the business clearly paid to have it removed because they don't want this negative remark but they continue to get shitty ratings from other people. They rip people off and they do not care. I'll keep coming back and putting a new one if they want to remove it lol. Perhaps start putting patients first in money second and you won't continue to receive shity reviews on Google 🤷
Charged my card 207$ for 1 intake visit, didn’t put the visit through to my insurance. No call back explaining WHY I was charged, just ghosting me. I sent messages through the portal AND left voicemails on billing line for call back, NO RETURN CALL. Taking advantage of people at low points of their life is unacceptable. They are going be reported to the BBB and attorney general next.
At first I enjoyed receiving therapy here and much enjoyed my therapist. Once medication got involved, things became difficult. My psychiatrist left with no notice while I was in the middle of trialing a new medication and I was told to just go to my PCP for a bridge script while they found new employees, even though my history with the medication was extremely short as we were going to work out the kinks of it. My experience with this office was a disgrace. I was postpartum and my father passed away and they made my mental health go so much lower than I was already trying to manage. I once called the office for 6 days - literally 6 days, with a toddler, out of my medication, and then had to drive tot he office to ask what was going on. They cycled through FOUR physicians in the one year I was under their care - each physician just “resigned with no notice”… this happened four times in one year.
