I’ve never left a review before and this place deserves it. I came in this week for my Tirzepatide shot. Let me first tell you that I was in the middle of a mental breakdown with life in general. The staff at Compass cares so deeply about every single patient. They all are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. There is a sense of community there and it is definitely noticeable. Patients can chat with each other in rehab and often staff joins in the fun. They treat you like family at Compass Medical Montrose and it shows. One of the best offices I’ve visited in a long time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly can’t say enough about Compass Medical Center and the care I receive here. My IV therapy is something I genuinely look forward to — it’s the best banana bag I’ve ever had and makes such a difference in how I feel.
