Just bought my first car through Middletown Mazda and was very happy with the overall experience, from sales to service to finance. Worked with Jamie in sales and Freddy in finance. Both were very accommodating and friendly, and Freddy got me a good deal on the car. Will definitely be returning for service appointments too.
Jaime Lynn Robinson made our experience buying a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid incredibly smooth. She was genuinely kind, patient, and never applied any pressure at any point. She took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable with the decision. On top of that, she gave us a great deal. It is rare to find someone who is both professional and truly easy to work with. Highly recommend working with her.
Update (April 30, 2026): I followed the dealership’s own recommendation and contacted General Manager Jim Gallagher. I also forwarded him the detailed complaint I sent directly to Mazda CEO Tom Donnelly. As of today, I have received zero response from Mr. Gallagher or anyone else at Middletown Mazda. The core issue remains Service Manager Jeff Neckers providing false information to Mazda Customer Experience about my service visit.
