This company is terrible! If you can avoid doing business with Compass Management, stay as far away as you can. The secretary at the front desk is very rude and offers no help. Ever. She lied to her co-workers about our visit and created a very hostile environment.
This is a good company and knowledgeable with what they do best
The lady at the front desk, Judy is so unprofessional and rude. She should not been in a job position that is customer service facing. She is always in a awful mood and it takes begging her for help to actually get assistance. The rest of the personnel in their office is similar. They don’t even recognize nor assist a customer walking in.
