AWFUL MANAGEMENT COMPANY! DO NOT EMPLOY THESE WOMEN! I advise anyone who is interested in using their service to look ELSEWHERE! They will do everything in their power to keep as much money and charge over the top prices to the tenants they've managed to entangle in their legal webs. Snakes should not be in charge of managing your property, they will only give you and your home/business a bad reputation, and take you down willingly with them!
I have worked with a lot of property management companies and Compass Management is definitely at the top! All of the staff members are very friendly and a pleasure to work with, which you don't typically find very often. I highly recommend them!
Horrid and unprofessional woman. Doesn't even live in Colorado anymore. Can't keep staff to save her life.
