This company is great to deal with. They are responsive, professional and actually care about the community. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure your property is aware of risk exposures for cutting corners like so many board members like to do. Its great dealing with folks that look out for the best interest of your investment. Do not hesitate to reach out to them. They are simply the best.

Deserves no stars! ALL CONTRACTORS BEWARE. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES. 90 DAYS LATE OR IF THEY PAY AT ALL. NO COMMUNICATION. Very unprofessional. Compass doesn't care about the communities they represent or the contractors who do the work. Stay away unless you want to never see your money

Compass Management manages my site condominium in Canton, where I am on the Board. They provide great service at reasonable rates. Stacey and Mike are very involved in their day to day operations which is a great thing (it is rare to have owners so involved in the daily work of a property manager, in my experience). On top of that, they are just very hard workers. I highly recommend Compass Management.

This is the worse management company I have ever dealt with. They don't return calls or emails, but instead continue to tack on fees. The management of Stacy and her sister is the horrible. They are unprofessional and flat out rude. When I finally got ahold of someone, Stacy's sister Kristi she hung up the phone on me.
