My recent land liquidation sale gave me the feeling of a pressurized bait and switch. Heavily advertised bait was < $3k/acre land but was unusable. Drone video doesn't tell you most land shown is 3-4 times advertised plot, so it heightens excitement. Switch is when you get there is $8-10k/acre plots with <1 acre buildable. Thats above what I've seen in the market. Pressure is land rush style with multiple people on lots and constant radio squaking stating what lots are left.

We worked with Ty to purchase land. Ty took the time to listen to us and made sure that we found what we wanted. We now have land with an absolutely gorgeous mountain view and we cant wait to get started building our forever home there. I REPORTED TO BBB I have NO CLUE how you all have testimony here. I've left 2 messages, written via website, direct email, from my email, another email.... 7 times in 6 months and not one reply. Seems to be using it as a platform to GATHER LEADS AND PERSONAL INFO! Otherwise, what are they hiding that they don't want to put it in PRINT?! I guarantee THIS time they will say something, on a public platform. Regardless... it's a great day to have over 2 million followers.

The team is very helpful with the entire process. Even when we met a bump in the road with the land purchase, both Ty and the owner made sure my land purchase was secured and one that I was happy with.
