By far the worst mental treatment center. Their only interest is to bill you're insurance. We only got to see Dr. Greenstein the first visit and it was for less than 15 minutes. Every monthly visit was only with a medication coordinator, who will change meds or keep meds or suggest new meds based on the patient's difficulties adjusting. My daughter is 10 years old and they did no monthly evaluation of her situation, just medication. Hands down the MOST UNPORFESSIONAL medical facility and staff EVER!!!!! Asked for a prior authorization for a week now for my medical insurance to obtain my medication and they keep giving me a run-around how they cannot reach the doctor or facility!!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had serious issues with this staff. The Medical Society and board of Broward County will be hearing about this. Compass Health is a disgrace to the medical profession!
