This must be on impractical jokers right? Where's the camera's. No way a psychiatric clinic is open to the public for the treatment of the most vulnerable population there is, is operating at such low standards. The front desk staff in was super rude and unprofessional. If looking down at others is what you were looking for in a career, you found your place. They do not pick up their calls. I called this place to find a psychiatrist but was unsure if my insurance would cover it. Called many times no one answered the call. When I got to my appointment the lady in the front then told me my insurance wasn’t covered. I complained that I drove half an hour to be told my insurance didn’t accept when I complained to her that I tried calling many times no one answered, she looked like she didn’t care! Tamarac location. Not professional!

I applied for a clinical trial here. It's a bit tldr. But I do have proof of what I'm saying. I have had medication/ treatment/ residential institution resistant ptsd and anxiety since 2004. I was called by this place and was told I needed to immediately stop taking my medications for 7 days to be accepted into the trial. I was called 7 days later to confirm I stopped all of my medications. I said that i did. But, it caused me to have a mental health issue. This clinic is fantastic, I haven’t looked up rating in awhile. I don’t understand what prompted such negativity towards compass. I was with Henderson prior an felt like I was running in circles without progress towards stability. Compass has done so much for my wellbeing, they withhold such devotion to the getting the patients from my experience to clear mindset an calm & collected.
