Horrible disrespectful company that doesn't keep appointment dates or especially time of appointment always moving them forward or back in time, disregarding completely your time schedule. I had appointment today 11 Am was sitting by the phone since 9:00 since they always call other time than agreed upon. ones I had appointment at 02:00 pm and they called 11:23am other times if I had appointment 09:00 am they called at 01:17pm. They answered my husband review saying a a supervisor will call him and that they emailed the refferals for specialist at 12:20 yesterday. Nobody called, and nobody sent anything !!! My husband will die before he gets his prescription renewed it seems !!!
