Another day of being on hold for over an hour. This isn’t new, it’s everytime. My son was supposed to get an academic accommodation weeks ago but the admin can care less. I’m about over this place. Nobody cares

I STRONGLY URGE anyone considering this office to STAY AWAY. I scheduled an IN PERSON appointment well in advance. The night before my appointment, without any notice or consent, they switched it to TELEHEALTH. No one informed me that my insurance does not cover telehealth visits.
