I had my first appointment this morning. I wasn’t charged, my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy. Don’t come here. They will leave you dry without your medication. I wish I would have checked the reviews before depending on this place. Considering the types of health issues they are “helping” people with, people are going to die because of their negligence. I will be reporting them to my insurance company and whoever else will listen. Absolutely unacceptable.

Save your self time and frustration and go somewhere else. They are very disorganized. We waited for weeks to get the initial evaluation and then a therapist never contacted us for an appointment. They claim that they were calling my child, a minor during school hours to schedule an appointment?? When I called and told them numerous times an appointment was needed and was never made, no one contacted us, The only one that kept on contacting us was the doctor, but we already had the appointment. If you can help it please don’t use them. I never get a call on my appointment time and everyone is so confused. I’m so confused how this isn’t straight forward. I do the test they require for my meds they don’t upload it. I go in person to make sure and it still isn’t done. I think I’m going to file a grievance with my insurance company bc I’m sure this place is just billing the insurance company for services not rendered
