I originally called to see if I could get my child tested for autism. I called to confirm this is a service they can provide. The rep confirmed they do autism testing so I made an appointment. Once I got there, the doctor informed me that they don't do autism testing there but they'll help me get in touch with a doctor that can. They never got back to me. Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous level of care. I had a telehealth psychiatric appointment scheduled for 10:30 AM today for my elderly mother, and the provider never showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. What followed was even worse. Every time you call this practice, it takes over an hour to reach a human being — if you reach anyone at all. After waiting more than an hour on the phone, someone finally answered, only to hang up on me. I was never able to reach an office manager, supervisor, or anyone in charge. This ... read more
