I was harassed and cursed at by a provider here
This place is a joke made an appointment for 1 o’clock did their 30 minute intake all their paperwork to have an online appointment. Confirmed appointment. Thought maybe I missed the call or they got the wrong number called to confirm that they have the correct number and explained to them that I had not received the link was explained oh you’re going to be called right now you’re you’re on the Q 51 minutes later still no call after I’ve called four times all they say is you are next. The doctor is great the people who answer the phones are HORRIBLE rude they don’t care about any of your concerns they hang up on you … changing doctors
Love the Dr and the service of front office I've been trying for two weeks to get appt had one and it was switch with no notice and have set many appts cause it keeps happening and when it tells you to leave message no one calls back
