Came here for my 8 ur Old daughters check up! Great doctor and an amazing assistant Summer. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend this place more!!!
The one woman working the Pediatrics front desk on the morning of 8/18/25 was incredibly rude. I was polite to her but she had an attitude during the whole process of setting up my kids appointments. When she told me the date of the appointment she didn’t tell me which month, and when I asked she got snappy with me. She consistently made mistakes when setting up the appointments and took it out on me. Very unprofessional. The only reason this isn’t a one star is because the other staff was very friendly and respectful.
Thankful for this Dentist office! Very kind from beginning to end, front desk, nurse Jessica and Eric Woods DDS. All interactions were amazing. Dr. Eric Woods was very understanding of my son's anxiety. He was compassionate, gentle, and considerate of his feelings. Took the time to talk everything through with us and had a great plan ready to move forward. Grateful for the care given and appreciate the way they took care of my boy.
