Scheduled appointment for cleaning 6 months out, and I show up, but it was canceled. Now im told I have to wait another 5 months. They don't value anyone's time. If an appointment is scheduled, it should be honored! Update: They called me and were very kind and apologized about what happened, and they even rescheduled me.
abbey was so kind throughout the whole process of walking me through what would happen for my son, I got to message with her personally. Dr. AJ was fantastic for my son’s oral surgery yesterday. The whole team was first class and very professional. Every single person took my concerns seriously and everyone was so kind. Highly recommend this place!!
Black women should steer clear from this place. I got 8 teeth removed and the dentist wasn’t going to give me anything for pain, I had to request it. My teeth were pulled Friday by Sunday night it was infected and the pain is unbearable. I called the office all day Monday, no luck just transferred to diff voicemails. Tuesday I started calling as soon as they opened, I was transferred to a supervisor (Lindsay). I went for my first appointment yesterday. The office is nice and inviting and the kindness and care I received from all of the staff including the receptionists, dental hygienist and assistant, and Dentist was all top notch. They even got me back in same day to do some fillings because of a cancellation. I highly recommend the Weldon Springs Compass Health location.
Absolute joke. I left a message at 9 am to get a patients xrays sent over. Then called at 2 pm and sat on hold for over an hour to speak to someone. Dr offices should not be on hold that long.
