This place is amazing!! I went in at 14 for having a plan of suicide and they did amazing!! The psychiatrist named McKenzie, she is so blunt and straight forward and SO hilarious!! We established a safety plan. I went in crying and I came out laughing and feeling amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

I give this urgent care 0 stars. Never, and I mean NEVER take your child to this location if they need to be evaluated by a psychiatrist ( that’s on staff) until 9:00p.m. My daughter has adhd and was considered to be in crisis mode for behavior. I debated on taking her to a hospital but decided to come here hoping to avoid an all night hospital stay. Sorry to say this, but my experience here has been awful. I don't know if the person assigned to me has any psychology/mental health knowledge at all. It seems the only training or education Compass requires is to be a children's camp counselor. After many visits now and I still have not been given any help at all (other than to listen to me discuss my problems). I was told that the next time I came in that we'd go over a topic only for that not to be mentioned at all during the next visit. A complete waste of time. I wish I... read more
