Absolutely terrible service. They are not at all prepared to deal with dental anxiety. Hopefully not all have the type of experience that I did as I left feeling overwhelmed and degraded and didn’t even get to see a dentist two different times in the last 6 months.
Worst experience I have had with a nurse practitioner in my life. I was seen for a pinched nerve that has been ruining my life for the past 2 weeks. Urgent care initially gave me meds that ended up not working so I went in to be checked and was told by the nurse practitioner (I think her name was Amy) that she refuses to prescribe me anything for pain except for muscle relaxers that I told her I didn’t want because they didn’t do anything but make me feel like crap.
