Getting psychological care in this town is difficult. You always hope you get assigned a good therapist and I got really lucky with Natasha Eberhart. She's patient and encouraging and all around a great person. I'm lucky to have her overseeing my mental health.

Every aspect from the front desk to the doctor is terrible - if an option, try somewhere else first.

Compass Health made me feel like a burden and worse than I already did. Caseworker Tristan Wrinkle at Metro blvd is unprofessional, judgemental, and never had any intentions on helping me. Customer service representatives told me I was wasting tax payer dollars, & told me if I come on as a client I would be a case overload to someone who already has too many cases. So she REALLY must not want a new client! They added to my stress

If I could give negative stars, I would. I saw Dr Whig at this location. She is, by far, the worst medical provider I have ever met. She is condescending, rude and judgmental. She maintains a tone of disdain and has absolutely ZERO compassion. I left this mental health appt traumatized. Avoid at all costs.
