Doctors dont listen. Very judgemental, recommend just getting over it and moving on. Say they sent referals that where never sent. Refuse proper testing refuse to see the deeper issues behind what's going on stuck on a diagnosis of depression and anxiety even with proof of neurodivergence. Not a friendly environment. Say they'll give you a therapist to talk to they'll call in a couple days never hear from em. Cancel appointments all the time with no reschedule. Do not recommend.

Getting psychological care in this town is difficult. You always hope you get assigned a good therapist and I got really lucky with Natasha Eberhart. She's patient and encouraging and all around a great person. I'm lucky to have her overseeing my mental health.

Every aspect from the front desk to the doctor is terrible - if an option, try somewhere else first.

Compass Health made me feel like a burden and worse than I already did. Caseworker Tristan Wrinkle at Metro blvd is unprofessional, judgemental, and never had any intentions on helping me. Customer service representatives told me I was wasting tax payer dollars, & told me if I come on as a client I would be a case overload to someone who already has too many cases. So she REALLY must not want a new client! They added to my stress
