This place has just been awesome to me. Genuinely helpful people.The staff is great and very good about their appointment times.
Arranged for my child to speak with someone at Compass for some normal childhood issues, had to do an initial assessment with an online therapist. No problem, after that, my child had an appt with a therapist that went well, great rapport. Next appt, nope sorry, she doesn't take your insurance, you can talk to someone else here at our facility. So far kind of a waste of time. I'm going to keep going, because I'm interested to see if this LMFT continues to allow my family members to beat around the bush by word vomiting responses without actually answering her questions. It seems the LMFT is very unaware when people Sidestep her questions. I've watched my mom sidestepped the lmft's questions every single appointment. Below is Recap of the appointments so far.
