Bad customer service
They took my blood Yes really. No but in all seriousness I would not recommend this place. Every therapy session felt like they were trying to sign me up for a new thing, and it never felt like my therapist was truly listening to my problems- repeating the same “coping skills” that I’ve told her don’t work. Along with that they made me make an appointment for something that I told them over the phone I wasn’t interested in. This place has just been awesome to me. Genuinely helpful people.The staff is great and very good about their appointment times.
Arranged for my child to speak with someone at Compass for some normal childhood issues, had to do an initial assessment with an online therapist. No problem, after that, my child had an appt with a therapist that went well, great rapport. Next appt, nope sorry, she doesn't take your insurance, you can talk to someone else here at our facility.
