Worst experience I’ve ever had with dental work. Had to get a broken tooth pulled. Dentist was unprofessional. First red flag was he didn’t even introduce himself or tell me what was going to happen. Then he got to pulling and kept slipping off the tooth. Took a hour to get it pulled and although he gave me numbing I felt pain. When I asked for something for pain management I was brushed off. I will never trust Compass Health again.
My mother won't go anywhere else and after today, I see why. All around a good experience, but I wanted to give a shout out to the dental assistant, Cameron. She sat with my mom and let her tell story after story while waiting on the medicine to kick in. Cameron was on point during the procedure, but her genuine smile and authentic care came out when she pulled up a chair next to my mom. Well done!!
