I will always speak highly of Dr. Jack and his team in St.Peters and also the Wentzville office. But after my experience with the Warrenton office today I myself will find a different primary and will never take my kids there again. While the doctor and nurses were great I was trying to handle some billing issues while holding my 1 year old who was trying to get down my 3 year old was running around being a 3 year old. During my first visit, they were nearly an hour late to my appointment. I get it, it happens. I expect any doctors visit anywhere to be late like that these days. That was annoying, but whatever. On my second visit, the nitrous didnt work or didnt have time to start working, I dont know. No one asked if it was doing its thing before trying to start the procedure, they just told me to close my eyes and, i dont know, assumed that the girl who has been pretty vocal about discomfort at the dentist and with needles, would just ke... read more
