Have been going there for years. I have always been happy with both the medical side and the pharmaceutical side. Love the girls at the pharmacy. So down to earth. Very nice people and very helpful. They get me in pretty quick and Dr Greenwell is thorough in explaining things. The nurses are very nice, great bedside manner and down to earth too.
If you really cared about mental health, you would not have got rid of insurance cigna, for those who need mental health..They care more about profiting, then help in patience. Happy new year to me. We will no longer accept your insurance. Come February 15 2025. Thanks a lot. Appreciate what you've done for 0/10

I have no issues with primary care but scheduling in Behavioral is like pulling teeth. In April, I was told my psych appointment had been cancelled and they left me a voicemail. I never got that voicemail but I let it go because I was trying to change the appt anyway. Fast forward to this month, I come in for my appointment with my psych on the 4th (drove across town and got absolutely soaked in the rain) only for them to tell me my appointment is on the 11th.
