During my first visit, they were nearly an hour late to my appointment. I get it, it happens. I expect any doctors visit anywhere to be late like that these days. That was annoying, but whatever. On my second visit, the nitrous didnt work or didnt have time to start working, I dont know. Clean bathrooms and ample parking.
Not very happy with the service here. Don't really feel like they were listening, kind of dismissive.
Made an appointment because I couldn’t get to St. Louis to do a full hormone panel test. I went in thought they understood what I was needing. When I got the call for my test results they had test everything but my hormones was tested. I expressed I had already been tested for the regular stuff at ssm. Didn’t even bother talking to me about if they wanted to prescribe a medicine to see where I was if I’ve taken it before and prescribed a medication that I didn’t even need and that will hurt my body over time.
