My client had an appt tomorrow. Her caseworker Kim, called not even 24hrs before the appt. Said she would not be able to take her, to her appt. She did not give a reason. My client has been waiting for this appt for 3 weeks now. Short notice she is disabled and not able to make other arrangements, to make the appt. The case worker said, my client had to make her appts with her caseworker to make sure the caseworker was available to take her to her appts. My teenager, that is suicidal, had a 5pm appt (they close at 5) and we were not told we need to be there early or they will lock the door so he missed that appointment. We rescheduled for the next week at 8am (when they open) and they called at 7am that morning to cancel. I do NOT recommend going to a therapist that doesn't truly care for their patients when in crisis.
Took the kids to see the Dentist. They did great and didn't give any hassle!!
Waited 15 minutes after my appointment, nobody showed. Only care about money. Typical.
