The behavior side needs a new system or way of doing things 1) I'm out of my medication and they said next month is the soonest I can see the psychiatrist. Therefore neglect and distortion withholding my medication is a form of neglect on my mental health and distortion saying I can't get my medication unless I go to these concealing appointments and if I don't they take me off there patients list 2) put in the category of an alcoholic because I drink These people do not know what they're doing or what they're talking about ... read more
The front desk staff, as well nurse were very efficient. Dr. Zia is a terrible psychiatrist. He was almost 30 minutes late for first online visit. His phone loudly rang several times during visit. Terrible "bedside" (or screenside) manor. Unacceptable.
