So many delays. I kept getting turned away time and time again (always after I showed up for the appointment). First I had to have my Dr sign off, next time I had to have my heart Dr sign off then my lung Dr... all while each appointment was put off another 3 months each time. Finally received some needed work and the visit was very painful (Dr. Nicole made me feel like it was my fault). In all of my visits here, each of the assistants who helped were very nice (A+++).
Do NOT get your medications through Compass Health. Every time I have to get a refill, it's the same nightmare: CONSTANT calls between robots, nurses, and pharmacies, most of which blatantly lie about the status of meds. Hell, I had an appointment for my psychiatrist a week ago that was canceled while I was on the road due to an "emergency" and was told they would refill my prescriptions so I could last til the rescheduled date, and what happens? Great staff. They are personable, knowledgeable and very nice. I've been going here for a few years. Never had a problem.
The providers at compass health have helped me with suicidal tendencies over the past year but what I don’t understand is why the director Kristy Bledsoe continues to call and harass me. I was gaining progress w my mental health in 2023 and she called and said my services are costing them a lot of money. I stopped going to therapy and seeing my psychiatrist bc I felt like a burden even though I am insured, schedule my appointments with front desk, and my doctor and his nurse are great. Updated review 1/7/26- I've now been a patient with compass for many years, and as of late, past year or so, I've been incredibly disappointed with how things are going with the Wentzville primary location, specifically my primary doctors team. Through the past year it has been incredibly difficult to get an appointment I can make it to, as my primary suddenly is only there for 2 days of the week now, and with me having other weekly appointments, I have to try to get in on only one of the days they're actually in office.
