This place is a joke. Recommend people go elsewhere.
This place is uninterested in helping people. I tried multiple times to make appointments and I was told in one call that appointments booked out 3 months. I went in person and was told that appointments were available, but could not be scheduled more than a week out. I was told by two staff members ( a nurse and a doctor) to email updates. I have had nothing but issues with compass over the 6 years of being with them. Whether it is mental health services or primary care. Billing is an issue, labs are an issue, medications and seeing doctors is an issue, trying to call and talk to the right person is impossible. You rarely get a call back or issues resolved. And the run around when the problems aren’t your fault is absurd. This company is a joke. Compass Health Network is the worst medical network I have ever used.
This place is helping me more than any other place I've been too! I'm so very grateful for compass health and all the resources they provide. Forever Grateful 💕
Not enough time or worth the time to provide why this place is horrible.
