My stepson, is 14 been a patient for about 8 years or so.. Has bi polar, rad, adhd, ptsd among other things. His I.Q. is below average all across the board. Struggles with everything. Us as parents siblings, step siblings have expressed over and over again his needs and the severe behaviors. To only be told well take him to the urgent care facility when Dr is not available.. I have had nothing but issues with compass over the 6 years of being with them. Whether it is mental health services or primary care. Billing is an issue, labs are an issue, medications and seeing doctors is an issue, trying to call and talk to the right person is impossible. You rarely get a call back or issues resolved. And the run around when the problems aren’t your fault is absurd. This company is a joke. Compass Health Network is the worst medical network I have ever used.
