Tara the caseworker yeah she would just talk about her dead cousin tommy with my mother about how he was a lost soul before he died. How he had no meaning in life or purpose and that's the type of support I got from her as a caseworker. And another thing about caseworkers at compass is they don't reach out when they know they need to they just show up unannounced at your home like the police knocking as hard as they can on your front door. 1.8 out of 10 rating review
The team is absolutely amazing . They don't give up on you and very honest and nice. They come in and do their work but don't rush if you need to talk and they listen . Couldn't ask for a better team!!
The receptionist, Stephanie, was very rude and hostile on the phone towards me while I was trying to make an appointment. I had proceeded to explain to her that I'm wanting to make an apt for a checkup and cleaning as I haven't been to the dentist in about a year or two and didn't really care for my dentist in my home town, also my daughter was a patient with Union Compass due to the one in my hometown not having the correct pediatric equipment.
