Not a great experience with the Raymore Pharmacy with their new management. Came to refill a prescription yesterday. They said they had it and needed to get it filled. Ran some errands and came back a few hrs later only to find out they did not have the medicine, but failed to give me a call letting me know this. Then came back today to fill it and they got the medicine in and still had to wait for them to fill the prescription. Communication could improve.
Had one other people decide to block 1 of my employees driveways, when asked to remove, he cussed him out threatened him, we had to call the police on him. His supervisor came out, tried to defend that it was OK that he was being a piece of trash, and it was okay that he treated a 90-year-old man this way, I had to call the police on that individual as well. This company is trash. They don't actually care!
I constantly come here for appointments. But upstairs they only ask for my name and date of birth, but everhtime I come downstairs the same person, the middle aged lady with dark short curly hair, always asks me what is your phone, what is you address, but its not necessary. Im just checking in. She's the only one who asks all these things, ive talked to other p and they only ask for my name and date 0f birth, I never here them ask for anyone else's address, and then she reviewed what her policies are which wasn't necessary.... read more
