The therapist and psychiatrist have been great. The front desk though, ive had them give me incorrect information for appointments... Not enter my chosen name into the system until I told the therapist. Not hit a check box to actually send telehealth links to me.
Dr Chaudhary and also her nurse are awesome! They were very friendly, and I felt comfortable talking to them, I feel like good “bedside manner” is rare these days!! Keep up the great work!! Even though I was nervous about what I had going they addressed all concerns and didn’t rush. Good people
A completely random person named Bek Brandt showed up at my house unannounced, claiming she was “checking on me.” I have never interacted with this woman in my life—never spoken to her, never given her my information, nothing. She left a business card, so I called and made it clear that her showing up to my front door was not requested and absolutely not okay. This was invasive, confusing, and honestly unsettling. Showing up to someone’s home without any prior contact or consent is completely inappropriate.
Very friendly and helpful people, I love this place and the people!!
