Our treatment teams provide intensive mental health care and crisis support in a comfortable setting for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. We provide high-level mental health care in an approachable outpatient setting. Our full day, half day, after school and evening programming is determined based on the age of the patient and their individual needs. Our priority is to help participants build the necessary skills needed to flourish in their daily life as quickly as possible.

This place will make your mental health worse
The staff at this facility lack empathy and come across as emotionally detached and robotic. A therapist here actually made me cry and caused me more emotional distress. The program structure was not clearly explained, so I had to ask other patients what to expect then the group leader snapped at me for trying to understand what to expect. If you’re looking for real help for your mental health this is not the place total waste of time.
Compass does a lot of things really well: -My Primary Therapist and Prescriber were great -A lot of the skills and mindfulness that were taught were excellent, even life-changing for the better Compass does a lot of things NOT really well: -Their nursing staff is abhorrent. They will be kind to your face and lie in their records. Compass changed my life for the better. The treatment team is amazing and passionate about what they do. The skills-based therapy and group environment made my skepticism regarding both fade fast. A truly welcoming and safe place to heal and process. I can not recommend this place enough.
