Our treatment teams provide intensive mental health care and crisis support in a comfortable setting for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. We provide high-level mental health care in an approachable outpatient setting. Our full day, half day, after school and evening programming is determined based on the age of the patient and their individual needs. Our priority is to help participants build the necessary skills needed to flourish in their daily life as quickly as possible.

Compass changed my life for the better. The treatment team is amazing and passionate about what they do. The skills-based therapy and group environment made my skepticism regarding both fade fast. A truly welcoming and safe place to heal and process. I can not recommend this place enough.
After three unsuccessful attempts at another outpatient program, we opted to try Compass. From day one they had new diagnosis' that were life changing. These new diagnoses meant the entire treatment plan would be different that previously. This also meant different medications which quickly became life changing. While I do not like looking back during this time of my life, I cannot thank Compass enough for the help it gave me. The staff were amazing. Once I had a mental breakdown in the bathroom and they were able to calm me down The ED specialist, Leslie, was amazing in helping me stay on my school work. Compass communicated very well with my school. With that said: I hope to never see any of the staff and step foot in here again.
This is a very safe and mind awaking program for people who want to strive to manage or overcome barriers in your life that has held you back. The staff is wonderful and supportive. This was a life changing program if you are working on changing your life for the better!
