Compass came highly recommended by mental health professionals, friends, and colleagues. Unfortunately, what I experienced was it’s just another typical corporate America money grab. The director, Ashley, admitted that my intake was done poorly. I only had 2 weeks to give them and they said we can work with that. After those two weeks, Ashley said we shouldnt haven’t taken you in as a patient as we need a full 3 months to truly deal with the issues. If you are a parent reading this, I know how hard it can be when your child struggles with anxiety or depression or any mental health issues. Looking into a PHP or IOP program is never on a parent’s expected list of experiences they think they will have with their child. However, I truly have so much gratitude for all they did for my daughter, and the support they also provided to me during family therapy.
