Truly, I cannot recommend this program enough. The care team is phenomenal and attentive to your needs and group regularly tackles the tough-but-crucial aspects of trauma to understand and process. I saw so many people walk out of program as different, healed people, or at the very least strong people equipped to deal with life head on. I entered Compass when it became obvious that my anxiety and depression were starting to seriously affect my life. I didn't know what to expect exactly, but I had people close to me who told me that they had been helped there.
