The MHSU program helped save my life this past year. I don’t say this lightly that this place really helped me establish a new baseline for mental health and sobriety.
While I think it's important a middle ground exists between intensive outpatient therapy and inpatient institutionalization, their "couple's"/"family" therapy not only needs to be called something else but is itself a deeply destabilizing model. Incredible program. They have thorough treatment and will help with acquiring insurance and short term disability coverage. Great all around. If you're struggling with your mental health and have the ability to take time off, I can't recommend it enough.
I can't say enough good things about Compass's mental health & substance abuse PHP/IOP program!! Their program is very insightful & their therapists are knowledgeable & caring. They helped me better understand my thoughts & emotions so that I could conquer my alcohol addiction & live a more fulfilling life. I will be forever grateful for my experience at Compass!!
