I couldn't have been any more pleased with the treatment I received at Compass Health dentist office in Keene today. Hygienist DeJahand Dr Priya had me in and out in less than 90 minutes with X-rays, initial examination, cleaning and sealing which also included a couple other treatments. These ladies were first rate; efficient and focused. Even the price was right which was important as I'm a self-pay. It's a amazing place with amazing staff
Tried to get my records. It puts you through to a voicemail message that tells you if you leave multiple messages it will delay their response to you. I left a message and they didn't call back. Got somebody else on the phone and explained what happened. They didn't like the way I sounded and said they felt I was threatening them because I told them I don't threaten anybody. Why the hell would I be that stupid?
This place is awful. The front office staff will get an attitude with you and remain employed. The docs are whack jobs and you will be sitting over an hour waiting for an appointment while they eat lunch. The providers (docs, NPs) do not advocate for you as a patient. I had Kendra Bloomberg tell me she would not write my daughter an ESA letter for a cat due to “liability.” Then, would not respond when I asked her to reconsider. Unfortunately IV gone to compass on and off for 3 years the therapist told me if I drink then they would kick me out and then they have false positives on drug tests and kick you out this last time I missed a few appointments because I was in the hospital after having surgery I explained to a social worker why I was absent and a couple days ago they sent me a letter kicking me out. I will never go back to compass again and do not recommend them to anyone. They did the same thing to my ex wife and many other people I know the... read more
