Unfortunately IV gone to compass on and off for 3 years the therapist told me if I drink then they would kick me out and then they have false positives on drug tests and kick you out this last time I missed a few appointments because I was in the hospital after having surgery I explained to a social worker why I was absent and a couple days ago they sent me a letter kicking me out. Front Desk staff are excellent and really do want to help their clients, but the staff and management have their own interests put first above your mental health and have made it obvious who they represent. Their ignorant policies are put first above federal hippa laws and they try to give you a run around and pass the blame when you even ? the legalities of their actions and policies. No stars. Terrible state sanctioned health network.
Money hungry company. Please don’t put your health in there hands
This place is a joke. They clearly don’t listen and don’t care about people’s mental health. Sat for a 2 hour comp assessment, wasn’t listened to AT ALL, recommended for therapy services 1x a week. BUT NO COUNSELOR HAS OPENINGS FOR 1x A WEEK and they don’t switch. Waited for a “call back” for a week before switching to Burrell, maybe I’ll ACTUALLY get some help before I kms
This is a fraudulent facility. My husband was “referred” by Probation and Parole for an assessment. The assessment came back as “not recommended for services” they then called his parole officer saying “he stated he didn’t know why he was here” my husband was then scolded by his parole officer and said “your going to take another assessment” he agreed.
