I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. They prescribed my son an antidepressant without informing me. Also, an unqualified, extremely unprofessional nurse prescribed the chemical. I have full parental rights and they were ignored. I find the staff at Compass Counseling very unethical, unqualified and reckless. Hopefully, my son will not be damaged by their lack of compassionate professionalism.
