BEWARE We signed a contract 6 months ago with a man named AUSTIN DERRAFF FROM RAVEN3 HOME BUYERS who presented himself as an investor. It was supposed to be a cash buy, fast close. 6 months later, after being tied up with this kid who has absolutely no funds to buy our property, I see it listed on the MLS through this brokerage without our consent or knowledge. I recently rented a house to one of their clients thru their agent Tim Rothman. He purposely mislead his clients and stole a double commission. Collecting a fee from them and myself. I will perusing the matter at the state licensing board and will add the case number later. Feel free to reach out to me directly about it and I can give more details. Scammed by agent. Called the office and the lady hanged up on me multiple times. What a disgrace
Agent Stone was the selling agent on a property. After excepting our higher offer she quickly asked us to change lawyers , she said she had a bad experience with that lawyer , so we did. We signed a contract with 1 contingency , mortgage approval. Which we are highly qualified for. She contacted OUR bank to snoop and find out if we were legit..WE ARE , she then asked us to sign ASAP we did. Same evening our Agent did some digging with our lawyer and it was found out that a contract was signed 2 days earlier on the same house... read more
