Great service at the call center and workmanships!
Person was very thorough in explaining the dehumidifier functions and that is may initially run for a period of time. The dehumidifier was tripping circuit breaker. I called and Compass the next morning and they had a service person in the area. Craig was able to solve the issue and was vey helpful. Thanks
The installers arrived early and were ready to get to work replacing my old HVAC system with a new and more efficient one. There came later to finish up the electrical work and to ensure the system worked as designed. He stayed until I understood how to operate the system and how to respond to system alerts. All were very professional. A pleasure to work with.
Again, Craig was great. He called to let me know he was available earlier than scheduled due to cancellations. He arrived within minutes, completed everything quickly, showed me pictures of what he had to fix. Great service - thank you
