Service Techs are some of the best I've seen. Appointments for emergency service usually pretty quick. Knowledge level is excellent. Price on a new system was extremely competitive. If only I got to meet my sales person Kody who seems to be a ghost

The tech was here right away and found the issue. Took care of everything quickly.
On time and an experienced tech fixed my unit on a Sunday in the evening which was greatly appreciated. He had all the needed parts and had my air on in record time. We were very pleased from the first call we.made to Compass untill the tech completed the repair. The after hours employee answered the call immediately and was very helpful in getting the repairs started. The tech was very friendly and experienced and repaired the unit fast.
