Excellent experience! We called for service on the hottest day of the year, during a holiday weekend. We expected to wait a few days-our A/C was repaired in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

July 2, 2026 This is a two part review of our recent air conditioning problem and subsequent repair: After our York A/C unit stopped working the Compass technician (Damian) arrived and determined we had a circuit board problem. The bigger problem was even though the part was covered under warranty, it took 11 days to get the part. On the 12th day Damian returned and after installing the new boards, he found other issues.
