Had an excellent first visit this week. Dr. Fana and his team were very professional and friendly. Their imaging equipment looks very high tech, and the office environment was very clean and comfortable.
They were fast and very efficient and tailored to all my needs which as someone without insurance is usually a harder situation but they made it as seamless as possible will definitely be going back
I want to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the care my son received today. I live an hour away, so when I first called the office, I explained my situation and was hoping they would be understanding. From the very first phone call, Alicia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She truly gave off the impression that she cares about people, and that meant so much to me. Yesterday my greatest fear was going to the dentist , due to a horrific experience as a child, However, it is important to take care off your teeth! I searched and found Dr Fana on google, not only did they get me in the next day, but I felt comfortable from the first phone call. After Today, I am not afraid to go back to them at Compass Dental, Thank you all so much for helping me have a warm welcome feeling, I left with a hug! Amazing patient care🤍🦷
Kam was kind,caring ,and very professional. Compassion is important to me and she displayed it! The front office staff as well.
