The hallway smelled like old garbage, room was not clean on check in. Things like the room safe did not work. The phone was not answered to report the issue. When we did ask, they told us to wait in the room. 7+ hours later, no one ever came. The room was not ready for over an hour after standing in a long check in line. I can go on, but why. If you want to still rent this, its on you.
