We spent last weekend here so we could spend quality time with our grandsons, who live nearby. The hotel was clean in all the areas we had experienced. Pool towels were readily available and all the common spaces were generally clean. Overall the people are very nice, the property was under construction the room was newly renovated. The room was clean, but the bathroom had hair on the shower wall. It was a little confusing to find the registration area and was a little confusing to find our room. All in all great location, great people but I understand they were still in construction. We liked it so much that we are going back.
My children and I had a fantastic overnight stay at Compass Cove! We packed so much fun into a short time—from hopping in and out of the heated swimming pools to enjoying the easy, all-day access to the beach. The rinse stations at every beach entry were a thoughtful and convenient touch. The gift shop had a great selection of reasonably priced items, perfect for picking up something fun for the kids. Roach infested, manager only wants to change rooms wouldn’t comp breakfast or give half refund, I have all the pictures of everything clothes in drawers, we have been to this location many many times and never had any of these issues. Very interested in going on the BBB website to share the details and pictures of our stay.
