Horrible! Do NOT waste your time. The patient is expected to do the insurance paperwork anf legwork and have it prepared for an assessment to see if you even qualify for therapy at their location. Phone number will give you the orlando or kissimmee office, so be specific because these 2 offices do not communicate. Expect a long wait time and expect to be treated like you are at the Department of Veteran Affairs. No concern, respect or human decency. Office staff unprofessional, Office manager Adriana rude, iresponsible and very unprofessional. Doctor is never in the office or available not sure is there is actually a doctor on this office. I take 2 months for you to get and appointment to see the doctor and they will call you the day before your appointment to cancel it. If you call back to schedule they will let you know you are and inactive patient because you haven't been there in 2 moths. At first very nice but unprofessional, very low class people working there with Jail House Tats on necks and just about everywhere else! YOU WILL NEVER see or meet the so called "Dr Medina" don't even think he is real!!! You will ONLY see PA or lack there of, who always run out or forget their script pads and can't give you your very important and serious medications until a week later!
