Terrible experience with this contractor. Project started out well, but gradually deteriorated, dragged out the project over many additional months, and he left me with a total mess along with thousands of dollars in remediation because he failed to supervise the subcontractors he hired to put in a foundation. He then failed to respond to calls, e-mail, and a certified letter in the past two months. Do not use this contractor.
