Sharon works for Asset Property not Compass. If she does now, RUN. That woman along with Asset Property Management, Mark, and his pretend big wig attorneys are con artist and will steal your money if your rent OR own.
Sent in my application. The job offer/acceptance letter with my employer, proof of deposit/withdrawals, and screenshots of work deposits was not sufficient for Sharon. They insisted on seeing my actual transaction history, which while that is legal, I was not comfortable giving out so much sensitive information.
