I'd give this place a 0 if I could for incompetence. So without any warning they dropped me as a patient. Previous bill I was told as long as it was paid before the next appointment that I still had care. Then they send a letter saying they not only terminating me but without any prior notices or anything told me we sent it to collections. That isn't legal.
