I rarely post reviews let alone bad ones with companies I have worked with but this one disappointed me. So first off their hiring process online was a nightmare had to contact them via email then I sent them what I had never heard from them. Then a few weeks later they contacted wanted me to continue with the application cause they was interested and finally submitted my application. Compass is amazing. They were a lifesaver, and able to provide the most wonderful aide on extremely short notice. Dana is attentive, responsive, intelligent, compassionate and extremely professional. True, Compass is somewhat more expensive than other agencies but, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". I am forever grateful for their wonderful service.

When emergencies arose, they responded quickly and adjusted seamlessly to ensure both parents were always supported.
