I have been working with CompassCare since the summer of 2022, and from the very beginning, I have never felt the need to look elsewhere. The professionalism and welcoming environment I experienced on my first day remain just as strong today. CompassCare truly feels like a second family to me. The organization has given me the opportunity to care for incredible individuals while also building meaningful friendships along the way.
Caring for two elderly parents with very different medical needs can be overwhelming, but CompassCare has been extraordinary. Their team is warm, compassionate, and deeply attentive—not just to medical care, but to dignity and individual needs. When emergencies arose, they responded quickly and adjusted seamlessly to ensure both parents were always supported. CompassCare has made a difficult journey feel manageable, and I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and heart.

I utilized Compass Care for almost 6 months while I recovered from a major medical diagnosis.......and would highly recommend! The management staff were always thorough and professional - and responsive to my requests.
