It’s ok at best, if you can spend the extra money somewhere else do it, your just a number here for the most part.

I like Dr. Crane. Then I told the receptionist I got a job and price for 15 minute zoom video visit skyrocketed to 370 dollars. Am I paying for everybody else too? So going back to my DR. Then I called and asked to cancel appt on 19th. Nurse (she's Anonymous, no name badge, prob also office manager) leaves voicemail saying I went ahead and kept appt on 19th.
