We've been waiting on Cooper for over 3 months to bring or let us come get new Aide NO SHOW HE LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING WE CANT GET NO HEARING AIDE THIS YEAR CAUSE HES BEEN PAID LOTS OF EXCUSES HES WRONG FOR THIS

Cooper demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer care. He went above and beyond to diagnose and correct the issues I was experiencing with my hearing aids, performing multiple functions to ensure optimal performance.
