I had a great experience working with Vanessa my sales consultant, Bryan the construction manager, and the rest of the Pulte team. I purchased a new home at Summit Canyon from the point it was an empty lot. During the 6 month construction process Vanessa was with me every step of the way, answering every question or connecting me with the right people who could help me. Vanessa was nothing short of amazing for us. She went above and beyond working far past business hours to help us close. She also helped us negotiate and get a price we were more comfortable with. She made the process extremely enjoyable!
