Excellent professionals!
This company is unresponsive to residents, insists issues are "out of their hands" or "there's nothing we can do" essentially taking a deal with it, get over it attitude. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Considering selling my house and moving just to not have to ever deal with them again, should a need arise.
Unresponsive, apathetic, and generally useless. What they actually do and how they're still in business just might be the eighth wonder of the world. This whole company and their staff is one massive case study for diffusion of responsibility.
