I experienced an issue with this property management account where an autopay enrollment wasn't being processed when I assumed it was. I was not notified that payments were not being received until June, despite the account being several months delinquent at that point and multiple late fees already having accrued. We own multiple rental properties and have had a very poor experience with this management company. We were never notified of missed HOA/dues payments by mail, email, or any other form of communication. After approximately five months of non-payment, we were informed that the account was delinquent and significant late fees had already been assessed. I had been under the impression that I was set up on auto-draft, only to discover months later that it was never actually active. By that time, significant late fees had already accumulated. When I brought this to their attention, I requested that the late fees be reconsidered given the lack of prior notice. However, the fees were not waived.
