I am cautioning consumers against Compass Air for unethical business practices, failure to honor the warranty, and poor customer ********************** related to the installation of a $10,200 Trane XR HVAC system on April 2024. Compass Air installed an overpriced A/C unit in my home in 2019. Due to a software system update with Trane, my unit would not heat at 230am, when I needed it while getting ready for work. I called the number in my phone to ask how this could be fixed (usually just knowing which setting to unset, or reset) and no answer. I looked up the number on line and called -it was "out of order". The customer called and stated that our office phone number was not working, but was stating that while on the office phone with us. When we suggested that she might have dialed the wrong number the first time, she became irate. Compass Air Service: They installed an HVAC unit at my residence a few days ago and did an excellent job. Dru explained my options and gave an accurate estimate. The crew - Victor, Ricardo, and Mason, arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
