I have been out of Compass a year and my pillow is still wet from crying myself to sleep dealing with the complex I moved to in Rockledge to be closer to work on Merritt Island. Worst community ever No proper maintenance and all the appliances are second grade. All appliances are with mechanical issues Raised no of tickets but no use
We came here to look for an apartment for our son who is moving to this area, and we where planning to look for other places after this to compare prices and the facilities, but after meeting Ms. Traci, the leasing consultant, we decided to rent the apartment right away. She was amazing and helped us to make the decision by answering all our questions and making sure we are going to have peace of mind knowing our son is in good place.
Wish I didn't have to move!!! Love this apartment. Office and maintenance staff is amazing, especially Nancy and Dave!
Nancy, Tracy, Heather, and Dave are all amazing to work with! They are very friendly and made moving in such a great experience. They are helpful and made the whole process very enjoyable! We couldn’t be more happy to have chose this as our place to live!
