While my husband and I have had our issues a with the apartment over the last almost 2 years we've lived here, one thing we've never had a problem with is Traci in the front office. When we originally toured the property it was Traci who showed us around and we fell in love with her vibrant personality. I was so glad to see her come back from the other property, Traci truly cares about the residents and any complaints we have had and brought to her attention had been dealt with swiftly.
Everything inside the apartment was falling apart. The electrical outlet covers were all glued to the walls. The bathtubs were painted over so the paint would constantly chip. The vanities and cabinets were deteriorating pretty bad but they put a coat of paint over it so it looks newer. Huge roaches come up from the drains. The ac closet is home to sooo much dust and different kinds of mold. Management up front is not helpful and will sneak in unnecessary fees on your rent every month. Would not recommend.
Compass is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly and try their hardest to make repairs whatever they may be. Karen is so wonderful. She’s always pleasant and does a great job. She has so many apartments to oversee. She takes the time to listen even if it’s not apartment related. On Thanksgiving, we realize that our AC was not working . It was chilly that day, so it was fine . We put a ticket in for service. The service team came out immediately and knew exactly what was wrong. It was fixed within a half an hour, It’s very refreshing having work done by Quick , competent workers !!. . We love our apartment We haven’t had many issues, but when we have had to call service, they come immediately and they’re friendly and wonderful .
