This place is disgusting it is so small old and poorly updated it’s sad! the people that run it are terrible and unresponsive they don’t do anything they tell you and have no communication skills. The buildings have mold in them all over the place I’ve actually had friends move in and they had to switch their apartment because of mold problems and then they try to make them pay for the switch. You will get fleas from their untreated lawn and they will blame it on the animal you had that died a year prior and force you to pay an extra $100 fee for pest control to come take care of the problem they created. We specifically requested a 7-month lease at Compass on Misty Oak Drive because we were clear about returning to Costa Rica after having our baby. The leasing agent confirmed a 7-month option was available. However, the full 11-month payment schedule was only shown at the very end of the welcome letter in small print.
