WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in. Service was non existent. They took more than 6 months to fix things. The roof of our ceiling was falling down and our dogs were sick eating it. We went above management and spoke to Andy who told us he’d have a team from Tampa come and fix the ceiling. They NEVER came. There were drug deals in apartments above us and beside us. If I could leave negative stars I would! This place lies right off the rip! They show you the model apartment with all these nice updates and the next thing you know you walk into a rundown broken place! Put in maintenance request!? Ignored! I've had the privilege to live in this lovely little apartment for an entire year and it breaks my heart to leave, but alas good things all come to end sometimes. I would stay here for much much longer if I was not moving out of the country. I'm excited to step into this new chapter of my life, but it wouldn't have been possible without Nancy and the upper management staff to accept me as a tenant.
