This office is full of incompetent representatives, especially Trang and Son. There's only ONE girl here (I think her name is Nhi) that actually knows how to handle things. Over the last 3 years, I have repeatedly asked them to update my address in their system to the address that I'm actually paying insurance for! I haven't lived in this address that they have in the system since I've had coverage with them. Why would you continue to send my documents to another address when my HOMEOWNER'S POLICY covers the house I live in?... read more
