We purchased over $16,000 of boxes and inserts in 2022. We went to have another production run of our products and not only did their price increase by almost 300% but then we were informed that all of our custom dies that we PAID for and were OUR PROPERTY had been discarded.... No offer of credit or refund for more than $5000 in custom dies. This company is crooked and sleazy. NEVER use them. Had a pretty decent experience with this company the first time around. Went back to reorder and prices have increased over $150 for the same products.. Plus you're no longer able to pick up your order from the company, despite living 10 minutes away. You HAVE to pay almost $50 for shipping. Now I have to find another supplier unfortunately.
We have worked with CompanyBox on dozens of projects over the years and they never disappoint. Their production and design team is eagle-eyed and super easy to work with. And our customer service rep (Amie) is always there when I have a question, and communicates project updates consistently. One of our top vendor relationships and we appreciate all they do.
