I am a veteran who is developing a piece of property to retire on with my family. I purchased a used Kobelco excavator to assist me with this. When it developed a no charge issue I contacted Company Wrench to help me with the issue.( they have a kobelco monopoly in NC) the proceeded to charge me almost 2500 dollars UPFRONT just to come look at it. If I could, I leave 0 stars, these people are so expensive ridiculous. Especially the supervisor that's charging me thousand dollars just to set the machine in regen mode
They go above and beyond on service. And you know you don’t buy the piece of equipment. You buy the dealership. Actually paid 2k more because I wanted their service and not a “one and done”. Shout out to Tim Christie my rep. Even if I drive like an idiot the machine is awesome.
