RecommendedI brought my cat to Companion Animal Hospital for the first time several months ago for a check up. Everyone was super friendly & caring. it's now my first choice.
staff are so friendly! Ive seen Dr Tuma and Dr. Mike. Both are great vets. they take the time to interact with my pup and are very informative. The only thing i would want them to work on is spreading out their appts. I sat in the exam room for a long time before the vet came in, bout 30 minutes. Still better than going to a no appt office and waiting for hours tho!
We were clients at Valley Lakes Vet, the previous owner at this vet location. Valley Lakes wasn’t all that great, but somehow they gave our records and information to Companion Animal Hospital, who have absolutely zero customer service skills at all. We have informed them numerous times now that our dog is no longer with us, she has been deceased since August, yet they still send us monthly appointment reminders for a vet we were never customers of. It was our first time there and all the doctors and staff were very professional and very informative. They were also really friendly with our new puppy Olive.
Dr. Tuma and the rest of the drs., techs, and staff were very friendly, caring,and patient with my dogs. They took the time needed for the different personalities and needs of my dogs in order to give the proper care. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Tuma and the staff are caring, compassionate animal lovers. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Tuma explained all options. I really appreciated her kindness and knowledge.
Awesome to have a fear-free oriented practice in my area and staff are extremely nice and great with handling my pets.
