Terrible customer service, horrible office manager named Sara. Talked to me like I was stupid, didn't offer any assistance regarding my dog and the fact that I wasn't given the correct information from the doctor. Yet was told "it was noted in the chart" so there was nothing that could be done. When I asked for a GM or the manager above her I was told there wasn't one, yet was then told there was an owner but that they would probably not call me back. Dr Z saved my cat. Cyrus needed PU surgery. After calling from Seattle to Eugene. Companion Pet Clinic offered me hope for much less then $6500.00. Dr Z did emergency surgery. Kept Cyrus for a week. I would visit once or twice a day. Each time I was welcomed. Cyrus was well cared for and loved. After Cyrus, was sent home we returned every other day for a follow up. The staff and Dr Z took time with me and helped me with cost so I could save my bottle fed baby boy. Today he is healthy.
last October I brought my dog Harley into pet companion for a check up and his shots. I asked them to do a full blood panel on him as his breed is know for developing diabetes. We went south and in late November Harley got sick. I took him to the vet where we were at and he after he checked him he told me my Harley had diabetes and if I hadn't brought him in he would have died. Recently, I took my 8 year old dog in because she was coughing. I thought it was because of the smoke from the Eagle Creek fires, she has a history of allergies and her eyes were a bit runny as well. I took her to Dr Z, hoping to find relief for her cough. Xrays, bloodwork and $600.00 later I am given a pamphlet on megaesophagus, some antibiotics and some obscure comment about feeding my dog meatballs from an elevated position.
